The Challenge
Located on a sloped hillside terrain in Jiye, this project involved massive civil earthworks, retaining wall construction, and the infrastructure development for a premium multi-villa or luxury residential complex.
Our Approach
- Slope Stabilization: Engineered and constructed heavy-duty reinforced concrete retaining walls and rock-anchor systems to stabilize the hillside for safe, long-term construction.
- Master-Planned Utilities: Handled the complete underground grid installation, including dedicated water reservoirs, storm-water drainage networks, and electrical substations for the entire complex.
- Premium Concrete Finishing: Crafted modern architectural residential structures featuring expansive glass openings, deep-set cantilevers, and high-end exterior stone cladding.
