The renovation of the FAFS facility demanded the construction of ultra-sterile microbiology labs, specialized agricultural research centers, and precise climate-controlled seed and soil repositories within an active academic wing.
Our Approach
- Sterile Environments: Installed medical-grade, non-porous epoxy flooring, anti-microbial wall cladding, and complex HEPA-filtered positive/negative pressure HVAC zones to prevent cross-contamination.
- Heavy Utilities Integration: Routed custom gas lines, specialized chemical drainage systems, and emergency eye-wash/shower stations through tight concrete floor plates.
- Smart Grow Rooms: Engineered precise automated lighting, irrigation, and temperature/humidity control systems to mimic diverse climate conditions for agricultural testing.
The Outcome
A state-of-the-art research facility meeting strict international safety standards, completed with zero operational downtime for the surrounding faculty departments.
