The Challenge
As the second phase or companion commercial/mixed-use extension of the Jiye Hills development, this project required deep foundation work on varied terrain to support a large-footprint building featuring retail zones and underground parking.
Our Approach
- Piling & Foundations: Executed extensive deep-piling and shoring works to establish a rock-solid foundation on the complex hillside terrain.
- Open-Span Retail Framing: Utilized long-span post-tensioned concrete slabs to minimize internal columns, optimizing floor layouts for retail tenants and smooth underground parking traffic flow.
- High-Traffic Logistics: Coordinated complex material deliveries and heavy machinery operation along steep access roads without impacting the completed neighboring Jiye Hills 1 community.
The Outcome
A landmark commercial/mixed-use facility that maximizes usable commercial space, blending structural durability with modern, accessible design.
